Technology Henan Key Laboratory of Mechanical Design

    Aero-engine technology has been the mainstream of the world's military powers priority development, degree of monopoly and long tight blockade of key technologies, is a measure of a country's level of military equipment, technology industrial strength even one important indicator of overall national strength.
    At present, our country because aero-engine technology is relatively backward, as a constraint to the development of the entire aviation industry "bottleneck", aircraft engines is listed as national key scientific and technological projects. The aero-engine bearings are one of the key components of aircraft engines, high-speed, high-temperature, force operating under complex conditions, the quality and performance directly affects engine performance, life and reliability, bearing failure have been grouped into eight aircraft engines faults. As the domestic high-speed bearing surface contact fatigue monographic study is relatively small, so that the poor quality of high-speed bearings, basically all imports. Therefore, the state development plan proposed new taper roller bearing  while Luoyang Ming Electrical Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University and the aero-engine bearings for dynamic loading test machine cyclical items and bearing damage propagation mechanism, fatigue life prediction, new bearings become a key development plan link.
