American Bearing Manufacturers BT acquired NCB

Ball top hub assembly, clutch bearings, racing bearings, bearing repair and industrial bearing manufacturer BT (BearingTechnologies) announced the successful acquisition of NCB (NorthCoastBearings) Bearing Company.

     NCB Bearing Company is a major global differential transmission parts, bearings and related components supplier. The acquisition is BearingTechnologies in the past five years, the third most important acquisitions.
